At CV Linens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your event decor purchases; if you are not happy with your order, items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your linens.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the unused, unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.

Ship the Items

Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 7-10 business days.
